The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Ryan Nielsen, 21, was booked and charged with DUI, with accident, possession of drug paraphernalia, no proof of insurance, and failure to maintain travel lane. Bail was set for $3,172.

Gene Buchanan, 62, was booked and charged with domestic violence, with substantial bodily harm. Bail was set at $15,000

Justin Devito, 36, was booked with domestic battery charge. Bail set at $3,000, was released after bail posted and court date.

Braulio Gonzalez, 38, of Mesa, Az., was booked for grand larceny. Bail set at $5,000, was released after bail was posted.

Jessica Howell, 24, was booked into Pahrump jail charged with felony eluding case. Bail set at $5,000.

John Weir, 77, was charged with domestic battery. First charge. Bail $3,000.

Daniel Johnson, 20, of Elk Heart, was charged with grand larceny auto. Bail set at $5,000.

Christopher Kruse, 29, was booked for battery with deadly weapon, sexual assault. Bail set at $20,000. Also he had warrants for suspended driver's license, assault with deadly weapon, and failing to stop on signal of peace officer. Bail set for $10,192.

Gregory Boatright, 20, was charged with possession of stolen vehicle, DUI-alcohol, conspiracy to commit crime, false ID, contribute to delinquency of minor, minor in consumption, and no driver's license. Bail was set at $18,413.

In Beatty:

Daniel Johnson, 20, of Elk Heart was charged with grand larceny/auto. Bail set at $5,000.

Richard Bell was charged with driving on a suspended license. Bail set at $3,964

Lee Griffin was charged with burglary, possession of burglary tools, conspiracy to commit crime, trespass, and driving on a revolved driver's license. Bail set at $12,979.

Christopher Nichols was charged with burglary, possession of burglary tools, conspiracy to commit crime, trepass, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail set at $12,979.

In Tonopah:

Jesse Cathicart was charged with suspended out of state. Bail set at $632. He was released on own recognizance.

Darnele Nelson of Sacramento, Ca. was released after bail posted.

Joshua Birmingham, 21, was released for time served.

Darin Peed, 38, was released on own recognizance.

Christine Wonder, 44, of Sierra Madre, Ca. was booked into jail on local warrant. Bail set at $5,000.

James Carder, of Pahrump, was released to Elko police Dept. for local charges.

Patrick Cowan of Round Mountain was released after bail was posted.

April Soto, 38, was released from Tonapah jail to P&P.

Ridrigo Bustos, 22, of Reno was released.

Victoria MC Collum, 36, of Lamont, Ca. was released.

Yesika Aude, 38, of Kent, Ohio, was released.

Darryl Leeper was released.
