Trojans at home Friday against Sierra Vista

Pahrump Valley is at home Friday for American Legion Silver Division games against Las Vegas Sierra Vista, with action starting at 5 p.m. at Honeysuckle Park.

Saturday, the Trojans go to Rivera Park in Las Vegas to play Western (5 p.m. ) and Rancho (8 p.m.) in a Silver twin bill.

Monday, the Trojans are at Centennial in northwest Las Vegas to play Shadow Ridge (5 p.m.) and Centennial (8 p.m.) and on Tuesday, they play a doubleheader at Vo-Tech against Chaparral and Vo-Tech, starting at 5 p.m.

Post 22 is 4-4 in the division, after road losses to Palo Verde (9-3) and Faith Lutheran (9-2) on the latter's field June 28.

In division games played through Monday, Faith Lutheran and Rancho share the lead at 11-1, with Las Vegas Calvary Chapel at 11-3.

Henderson Liberty is 8-3, with Sierra Vista and Henderson Legacy at 8-4.

Foothill is 10-5, Shadow Ridge 9-5, Del Sol and Palo Verde 7-5, and Chaparral 6-6.

The rest of the division teams are under .500, with Green Valley 4-6, Centennial 4-7, Western 5-8, Eldorado 7-8, Arbor View 4-8, Bishop Gorman 4-9, Durango 0-9, Vo-Tech 3-11, Cheyenne 2-11, and Desert Pines 1-11.

Sierra Vista (14-1) leads the Gold Division, with Coronado (13-0) atop the Junior Division.
