Sheriff's Report

The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Dudley Valentine, 48, was booked Jan. 17 charged with possession of controlled substance and warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,000.

Martin Meza, 20, was booked Jan. 18 charged with possession of controlled substance, trafficking, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance for sale. Bail was set at $25,632.

Richard Schultz, 20, of Ohio, was booked Jan. 18 charged with possession of stolen auto and obstruction. Bail was set at $5,632.

Oscar Robleda, 19, was booked Jan. 19 charged with lewdness with child under 14 and statutory sexual seduction. Bail was set at $25,000.

Nicholas Silveira, 29, was booked Jan. 19 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

Matthew Crawford, 46, was booked Jan. 20 charged with domestic battery and dissuading victim from reporting crime. Bail was set at $8,000.

David Bailey, 27, was booked Jan. 20 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

Michael Knutson, 35, was booked Jan. 21 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

Silvestre Benitez-Perez, 27, was booked Jan. 21 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

Douglas Tuescher, 34, was booked Jan. 22 charged on warrant for criminal complaint. Bail was set at $10,000.

William Wade, 37, was booked Jan. 22 charged with ex-felon in possession of firearm, possession of meth, improper turn/stop without signal, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic device. Bail was set at $11,376.

Jeffery Lamare, 31, was booked Jan. 23 charged on two warrants for forgery, grand larceny and failure to appear. Bail was set at $10,404.

Joseph Terragano, 20, was booked Jan. 23 charged with possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $5,000.
