Court delay effort fails
David Cleveland's latest attempts to delay his preliminary hearing by changing council at the last minute failed last Friday when Justice of the Peace Tina Brisebill denied a motion to continue his hearing for the third time.

LAS VEGAS -- Craig Rieger was pleased that the Pahrump Valley High School wrestling team he coaches won its third straight Southern Nevada Class 3-A regional championship.
