The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Robert Tennant, 41, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Dec. 12 on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, failure to dim headlights, possession of marijuana and no proof of insurance. Bail was set at $3,476.

Joshua Reece, 26, of Grenada, Calif., was booked into Pahrump jail Dec. 12 charged with using information of another, obstructing and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $6,464.

Robert Rupp, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Dec. 12 on four Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $23,000 and he was released on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set.

Ricardo Martinez, 37, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail on charges of insurance fraud, false report of a traffic accident, obstructing and possession of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $13,132 and he was released on his own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set.

Claudia Palacios, 46, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Dec. 12 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $20,000, and she was released on her own recognizance per Judge Brisebill after a court date was set.

Val Jones, 64, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Dec. 12 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Shawn Emhoolah, 33, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Dec. 13 on charges of two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic device, use of a controlled substance and under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $12,505.

Irven Kipp, 63, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Dec. 13 charged with his fourth DUI. Bail was set at $5,070.

Kelly O'Brien, 21, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Dec. 14 charged with two counts of burglary. Bail was set at $10,000.

The following inmates were released from Pahrump jail Dec. 14 to immigration for deportation; Mayra Castillo-Gonzales, Jose Rivera-Mendoza, Salvador Rivera-Mendoza, Gregorio Rivera-Mendoza and Juan Benancourt-Mendoza.

David Walker, 37, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Dec. 14 charged with DUI-Drugs, use of a controlled substance, improper turn on a divided highway and obstructing driver's view. Bail was set at $6,128.

Juan Ruiz, 38, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Dec. 15 on three warrants for failure to appear, domestic battery and attempted home invasion. Bail was set at $7,361.

Timothy Prophitt, 25, ofRoswell, N.M., was booked into Pahrump jail Dec. 15 charged with two counts of grand larceny. Bail was set at $10,000.

Branden O'Connor, 21, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Dec. 15 on five Pahrump Justice Court warrants for possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. Bail was set at $60,000 for those charges. He was also charged with two counts of battery of a police officer and bail for those charges was set at 10,000.

John Rogers, 39, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Dec. 17 on charges of use of a controlled substance, violation of controlled substance act, conspiracy to commit a crime, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of meth, revoked registration, no valid driver's license and no proof of insurance. Bail was set at $22,095.

Andrea Rumage, 34, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Dec. 17 on charges of under the influence of a controlled substance, violation of controlled substance act and conspiracy to commit a crime. Bail was set at $15,000.

At Beatty

Gregory Lee Rodvelt was booked into Beatty jail Dec. 13 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and speed. Bail was set at $5,632.

Nicole Camille Maxwell was booked into Beatty jail Nov. 29 on an outside warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle. Bail was set at $3,000. James Dale Caskey was booked into Beatty jail on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.
