PHOTO C-C-COLD PARADE .. B-R-R-R!
Members of Boy Scout Troop 746 braved the cold to participate in the Festival of Lights parade Saturday night on Calvada Blvd. There were less than 20 vehicles watching the procession; only seven or eight had lights. |
