The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Rosche Helm, 22, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 22 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Dearest Toles, 24, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 22 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Wade Davis, 22, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 22 and charged with sex offender failure to submit annual verification. Bail was set at $3,000.

Kathy Deer was booked into Beatty jail Aug. 23 on domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. She was released on her own recognizance with conditions after a court date was set.

Amber Oliveira, 20, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 23 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

Sayshae McGuffee, 29, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 23 charged with hit and run and personal injury. Bail was set at $3,000.

Joshua Oliveira, 18, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 24 with charges of domestic battery and obstructing. Bail was set at $3,362. He was released on his own recognizance per Judge Brisbill after a court date was set.

Thomas Anderson, 25, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 24 on charges of burglary, malicious destruction of property, conspiracy to commit a crime, petit larceny, grand larceny, contribute to delinquency of a minor, child endangerment and false report of a crime. Bail was set at $56,896.

Martha Funderburk, 31, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 24 on charges of DUI-drugs, under influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, no proof of insurance and license plates displayed improperly. Bail was set at $12,268.

Mario Maldonado, Jose Alfredo Maldonado-Ortiz, Fernando Lerma Maldonado and Jose Alfredo Maldonado were booked into Beatty jail Aug. 26, each on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set for each detainee at $3,000. They were released Aug. 27 for time served.

Timothy Hobbs, 41, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 27 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $12,000.

Heath Paschal, 27, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 28 charged with challenge to fight. Bail was set at $3,500.

Daniel Smith, 49, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 28 charged with DUI-alcohol, assault on a peace officer and assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $8,792. He was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

Joe Johnson, 60, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 28 and charged with assault on a peace officer, resisting and obstructing. Bail was set at $4,764. He was released after bail posted and a court date was set.

Patrick Nice, 34, of Pahrump, was booked into Pahrump jail, Aug. 28 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.
