"We're Gonna Rock Your World."

You have seen it in the paper, you've heard it on TV and the radio, and it greets you on the flashing sign every time you drive by the Nugget.

It's the Sha Na Na benefit concert that will take place Monday night in the Nugget Event Center. The concert starts at 6 p.m., doors open at 5 p.m. Tickets are still available and on sale at the cage in the Nugget.

Don't procrastinate -- this concert will sell out. Do your part to support education and awareness of melanoma and skin cancer in Nevada, and enjoy a wonderful evening.

Sha Na Na will entertain you from 6 p.m. to approximately 7:20 p.m.

Surprise, surprise, surprise, your evening won't end quite so early. For your enjoyment two local artists will follow the main event.

Jeff Stacey will entertain you with a variety of music, everything from "Mustang Sally" to "Ladies Night" by Kool and the gang.

Jeff's life has centered around music. He has performed professionally since 1979 and has opened for hit artists such as Gary Morris, T.G. Sheppard, Michael Martin Murphy, Lee Greenwood, Billy Ray Cyrus and the Gibson Miller Band.

Jeff has more than 150 local and national talent show victories and performed in the Idol competition at last year's Pahrump Fall Festival. He has a wonderful voice and delivers a high-energy show. Jeff lives in Pahrump with his wife and daughter.

Mary Hernandez has been an entertainer since she was 6 years old. Known as MarE in the entertainment industry, she performs all kinds of music including R&B, pop, rock, country and Broadway tunes.

She'll offer hits such as "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" by Whitney Houston and "Turn the Beat Around" by Gloria Estefan, as well as chart-toppers by Tina Turner and Donna Summers.

Her credits include touring the U.S with Disney for six years and being one-third of the hit R&B group Sweet Addiction.

She is a resident of Las Vegas and currently performs at the Stratosphere. Her parents, Holly and Jose Hernandez, live in Pahrump. MarE also performed at last year's Fall Festival.
