PHOTO Make that a 2004 Chardonnay
MARK WAITE / PVT Bill Loken, owner of Pahrump Valley Winery, hands a bottle of wine to his wife Gretchen from the new wine racks, just completed, which holds 1,152 bottles. Bill Loken said they will be used to supply diners at Symphony's restaurant. The room is kept a cool 52 degrees, just right for a chilled chardonnay. |
