The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Darius Koklas, 38, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 16 and charged with first degree murder. No bail was set.

Richard Fauci, 47, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 16 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $5,000.

Daniel Jarvis, 33, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 16 on two Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $8,000.

Jon Olsen, 43, was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 16 charged with sex offender failure to change address. Bail was set at $5,000 and he was released after bail posted and a court date set.

Larry Hedstrom, 54, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 16 on charges of domestic battery with no priors and interception, interruption and delaying telephone. Bail was set at $5,000.

Harold Shane Kidder was booked into Beatty jail Aug. 17 charged with possession of marijuana and meth. Bail was set at $5,732.

Stephen Clabaugh, 28, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 18 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $50,000. He was also booked on a Pahrump District Court warrant. No bail was set. Also, Inyo County Sheriff Department warrant was served and bail set for $100,000.

David Frame, 51, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 18 on charges of domestic violence with the victim being over 65. Bail was set at $10,000.

Donald Schupbach, 60, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 18 on a Tonopah Justice Court warrant for non-support of a child. Bail was set at $25,000.

Abraham Ashley, 29, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 19 on a domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000 and he was released after bail was posted.

Deborah Reilly, 46, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Aug. 20 and charged with two counts of battery on a peace officer. Bail was set at $7,000.

Holly Hinson, 36, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail Aug 21 on a domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000.

James Reed, 47, of Pahrump was booked into Pahrump jail on a warrant for battery with intent to commit bodily harm and grand larceny. Bail was sest at $10,000.
