By CHRISTINA EICHELKRAUT

While the deputy spoke with the driver, he detected the smell of marijuana from inside the vehicle. Hortbe was asked to exit the red Dodge Dually he was driving, and a subsequent search of the vehicle revealed a pipe of the type often used for smoking marijuana. Hortbe was arrested and booked on a number of charges, including fictitious license plates and driving with a revoked license. He was additionally booked for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of under an ounce of marijuana, destroying evidence and unlawful use of a controlled substance.
