Charles Head, 19, was arrested Saturday, Aug. 4, on a list of charges including statutory sexual seduction.

Head was arrested after he was seen walking with two juveniles, an unnamed 14-year-old female and a 16-year-old male, after curfew.

The three were stopped by sheriff's deputies and later questioned about their activities that evening.

The deputy reportedly discovered that Head had been at the Pahrump Nugget Hotel and Casino and the Chief Tecopa Cemetery and had engaged in sexual behavior with the two juveniles.

Head was arrested and booked on charges of statutory sexual seduction, open and gross lewdness, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, conspiracy to commit a crime, and indecent or obscene exposure.

He is being held on $41,264 bail.
