The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Florentino Castillejos, 18, of Pahrump was booked July 25 charged with conspiracy to violate Uniform Controlled Substance Act, under influence of controlled substance, and possession of marijuana with intent to sell. Bail was set at $15,000.

Stephen Hickey, 37, of Pahrump was booked July 25 charged with conspiracy to violate Uniform Controlled Substance Act, under the influence of controlled substance, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of dangerous drug without a prescription and child abuse. Bail was set at $30,000.

Angelique Moore, 39, of Pahrump was booked July 25 on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant; also Tonopah District Court warrant for child support. Bail was set at $19,000.

Anthony McCoy, 18, of Pahrump was booked July 25 charged with use of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail set at $5,632. He was released July 26 after bail posted and court date set.

Jason Bosse, 28, of Pahrump was booked July 25 on charges of possession of marijuana, sale of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia times five, possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, possession of hypodermic device, attempted possession of false prescription, possession of stolen vehicle, child neglect times two, and intimidating a peace officer. Bail was set at $39,424.

Benjamin Wilson, 26, of Pahrump was booked July 26 on domestic battery charge. Bail was set at $3,000. He was released after bail posted and court date set.

Scott Pace, 23, of Pahrump was booked July 26 on domestic battery, second charge. Bail was set at $5,000.

Jimmy Saunders, 39, of Pahrump was booked July 27 on charges of DUI, driving revoked, basic speed, improper turn, no proof of insurance, obstructing a peace officer and resisting a peace officer. Bail was set at $3,574.

William Clendennin, 38, of Pahrump was booked July 27 on charges of domestic battery and obstructing a peace officer. Bail was set at $3,632.

Richard Horibe, 25, of Pahrump was booked July 27 on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, under influence of a controlled substance, destroying evidence and fictitious or revoked registration. Bail was set at $8,421. He was released the same day after bail posted and court date set.

Rebecca Brown-Thomas, 24, of Pahrump was booked July 29 on Pahrump Justice Court warrants times two for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $6,000.

Jason Fedele, 34, of Kensington, Pa., was booked July 30 on domestic violence charge. Bail was set at $3,000. He was released after bail posted and court date set.

Antonio Vidal-Delagado, 28, of Pahrump was booked July 30 on domestic violence charge. His bail was set at $3,000.

Paul Vivirito, 53, of Las Vegas was booked on a Pahrump Justice Court warrant for aggravated stalking, impersonating another/ stealing and impersonation of a peace officer. Bail was set at $15,000.

At Tonopah:

Chad Lee Woods was released from Beatty jail July 25 after bail posted and court date set.

Richard Marcum Medlock, 24, of Tonopah was booked July 26 on domestic battery charge. Bail set at $3,225. Also Parole and Probation hold.

Gregory Michael Allen, 31, of Tonopah was booked July 26 charged with home invasion and violation of temporary protective order. Bail set at $5,000.

Joshua Medlock, 19, of Tonopah was booked July 26 on domestic battery charge. Bail set at $3,115. He was released July 27 on his own recogizance per Judge Maslach.

Darin R Peed, 38, of Tonopah was booked July 26 on court order violation.

Brett Yaddow, 42, of Tonopah was booked July 27 on charges of arson first degree and burglary. Bail set at $105,000.

David Jones Merrit, 55, of Round Mountain was booked July 29 charged with sexual assault and burglary. Bail was set at $15,000.

Evodio Damien, 40, of Round Mountain was booked July 31 charged with DUI, driving over center, no proof of insurance, no driver's license and seat belts. Bail set at $1,835. Released after bail posted.

William Kennedy Kimsey, 31, of Tonopah was released July 31 to Nevada Department of Corrections.

Michael Walsh was released July 31 to Reno Police Department.

Mark Lancaster, 38, of Pahrump was released July 31 for time served.

Terry Lynn Cook, 53, of Tonopah was released July 31. No charges filed.

Ryan Schroeder was released July 31 on own recognizance per Judge Maslach.

John Merchant, 27, of Las Vegas was released July 31 on own recognizance per Judge Maslach after agreement to appear signed.

Raymond Ronald Carra, 41, of Boise, Idaho was released July 31 after time served.

At Beatty:

Anthony Hayes was booked into Beatty jail July 25 on charges of speed and Las Vegas Justice Court felony warrant. Bail set at $6,126. He was released July 26 to Gaming Control of Las Vegas.

Terry Zahuranec was booked July 28 on charges of under the influence of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, trespass, defrauding innkeeper, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting. Bail was set at $4,935.

Michael Anthony Walsh was booked July 29 on charges of failure to appear out of Reno Justice Court for petit larceny and drug paraphernalia. No bail.
