David Jacobi finished eighth in 16 minutes, 13 seconds, as Pahrump Valley competed in a cross country meet at Las Vegas Faith Lutheran Tuesday.

For the boys, Daniel Spradlin was 10th in 16:48; Josh Armendariz, 20th in 17:57; Gabe Veloz, 23rd in 18:40, and Noah Poulos, 24th in 19:07.

Scott Moser finished 28th in 19:40, with Dylan Dance 34th in 23:23.

In the girls' meet, McKenzie Dean won in 16:56 for the Trojans, who had Tiffany Kelley place 12th in 23:08 and Nicole Dillon 16th in 25:52.

Pahrump Valley will compete in the Angel Park Invitational Saturday, starting at 8 a.m.
