The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Jonathan Whitehead, 18, was booked Sept. 20 charged with DUI with death, possession of firearm while under the influence and involuntary manslaughter. Bail was set at $15,632.

John Stark, 42, was booked Sept. 20 charged with sex offender failure to change address. Bail was set at $5,000.

Alfonso Arechiga-Rodriguez, 24, was booked Sept. 21 charged with hit and run and DUI-alcohol. No bail was set.

James Clancy, 60, was booked Sept. 21 charged on three counts of open and gross lewdness. Bail was set at $15,000.

Kenneth Rudd, 42, was booked Sept. 21 charged with sex offender failure to register. Bail was set at $5,000.

Gregory Wallen, 34, was booked Sept. 21 charged with convicted sex offender failure to change address. Bail was set at $5,000.

Anthony Provenza, 19, was booked Sept. 22 charged with conspiracy to commit crime, burglary, grand larceny auto and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bail was set at $26,264.

Randy Spurlock, 43, was booked Sept. 22 charged on four Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $10,000.

Natalie Jones, 29, was booked Sept. 23 charged with domestic battery and assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $5,000.

Arla Lutzen, 59, was booked Sept. 23 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

Juan Quezada, 44, was booked Sept. 23 charged with non-support of child. Bail was set at $63,000.

James Adams, 26, was booked Sept. 24 charged with lewdness with child under 14, preparing pornography, possession of drug paraphernalia and child endangerment. Bail was set at $21,896.

Fabian Phillips, 21, was booked Sept. 25 charged with five counts of statutory sexual seduction, furnishing drugs without prescription and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bail was set at $80,532.

At Tonopah:

Jeremiah Fritz Navejar, 28, was booked Sept. 26 charged with sexual assault on child under 14. Bail was set at $100,000.

Ricky Lee Hays, 38, was booked Sept. 26 charged with child abuse. Bail was set at $5,500.

At Beatty:

Sandra McFadden was booked Sept. 22 on warrants from Tonopah and Las Vegas. Bail was set at $16,936.
