James Michael Clancy, 60, of Pahrump is being held at the Nye County Detention Center after being charged with three counts of open and gross lewdness.
Clancy, who was working as a medical assistant at the Specialty Medical Center, admitted to fondling the breast of a female after a report was filed with the Nye County Sheriff's Office on Thursday, Sept. 21. Clancy also admitted to inappropriately touching two other females as well when contacted by the Sheriff's Office.
Clancy is being held on $15,000 bail and the investigation continues. Anyone with additional information on Clancy is urged to contact the Nye County Sheriff's Office.
