Sheriff's Report

The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Lynn Barwell, 38, was booked Sept. 13 charged with three counts of trafficking in meth, two counts of possession of controlled substance and two counts of possession of controlled substance with intent to sell. Bail was set at $45,000.

Jesus Pocas Angre, 26, was booked Sept. 13 charged with possession of stolen vehicle, basic speed and driving without driver's license. Bail was set at $5,514.

Bobby Jordan, 45, was booked Sept. 14 charged with assault with deadly weapon. Bail was set at $3,000.

Christopher Sandoval, 40, was booked Sept. 14 charged for theft. Bail was set at $5,000.

Richard Mann, 35, was booked Sept. 14 charged with cultivating and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $15,000.

Janice Hind-Padilla, 27, was booked Sept. 14 charged with obtaining money under false pretenses, conspiracy to commit crime and possession of meth. Bail was set at $20,000.

Bonnie Simon, 53, was booked Sept. 15 charged with assault with deadly weapon and aiming/discharging firearm. Bail was set at $5,000.

Kelly Murphy, 42, was booked Sept. 15 charged with burglary, unlawful possession of burglary tools, grand larceny of firearm, attempted destruction of personal property, invasion of home/vehicle/vessel/trailer, etc., possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $22,632.

Melissa Hardan, 30, was booked Sept. 15 charged with issuing check without sufficient funds. Bail was set at $5,000.

Javier Garces-Trinidad, 18, was booked Sept. 16 charged with DUI-alcohol with accident, obstructing public officer, proof of insurance required and resident without Nevada driver's license. Bail was set at $2,881.

Joseph Provenza, 19, was booked Sept. 17 charged with burglary, conspiracy to commit crime, grand larceny motor vehicle and contributing to the delinquency of minor. Bail was set at $26,264.

Sandra Langford, 50, was booked Sept. 18 charged with violation of extended protection order. Bail was set at $5,000.

Timothy Holder, 37, was booked Sept. 19 charged with burglary, grand larceny, fraudulent use of credit card and offenses involving stolen property. Bail was set at $20,000.

At Tonopah:

Bryan Lewis Como, 34, was booked Sept. 18 charged with second domestic battery and intimidating witness. Bail was set at $7,000.

At Beatty:

Jerry Lee Barks was booked Sept. 14 charged with domestic violence. Bail was set at $3,000.

Jeffrey Alan Grier was booked Sept. 17 charged on jurisdiction warrant. Bail was set at $300,000.
