The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Victoria Garcia, 39, was booked Aug. 30 charged with attempted murder of a peace officer and conspiracy to commit crime. No bail was set.

Shawna Millar, 24, was booked Aug. 30 charged with attempted murder of a peace officer, conspiracy to commit crime and possession of controlled substance. No bail was set.

James Garcia, 49, was booked Aug. 30 charged with ex-felon in possession of firearm. Bail was set at $3,000.

Richard Melchiorre, 42 was booked Aug. 30 charged with two warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $6,000.

Teresa Jones, 42, was booked Aug. 30 charged with embezzlement of motor vehicle. Bail was set at $3,000.

Paul Swisher, 38, was booked Aug. 30 charged with possession of stolen vehicle. Bail was set at $10,000.

Allan Honadick, 32, was booked Aug. 30 charged with Pahrump Justice Court warrant. Bail was set at $5,000.

Christopher Low, 40, was booked Aug. 31 charged with impersonating peace officer. Bail was set at $2,000.

Timothy Liapes, 47, was booked Sept. 1 charged with two counts of assault on peace officer. Bail was set at $1,264.

Jilayen Kizzire, 38, was booked Sept. 1 charged on three Arizona warrants for trafficking stolen property. Bail was set at $75,000.

Justin Muraca, 21, was booked Sept. 2 charged with conspiracy, burglary and grand larceny. Bail was set at $20,000.

Christopher Aker, 19, was booked Sept. 2 charged with burglary, grand larceny, conspiracy, embezzlement and false report. Bail was set at $25,632.

Linda Jackson, 49, was booked Sept. 3 charged with violation of temporary protective order, stalking and annoying phone calls. Bail was set at $4,632.

Brian Salvadge, 33, was booked Sept. 4 charged with five warrants for failure to appear (battery). Bail was set at $7,775.

Karen Williams, 39, was booked Sept. 4 charged with domestic violence, child abuse and two counts of preventing report of crime. Bail was set at $16,500.

John Doe, 44, was booked Sept. 5 charged with DUI-alcohol, no drivers license, child neglect, obstructing and failure to maintain lane. Bail was set at $3,693.

At Tonopah:

Paul Ray Fountain Jr., 44, was booked Aug. 30 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

Charles Easley, 24, was booked Aug. 31 charged with grand larceny and escape. No bail was set.

Michael Joseph Jones II, 30, was booked Sept. 2 charged with four counts of sexual assault with child under 14 and three counts of lewdness with child under 14. Bail was set at $250,000.

Jackie Lynn Williams, 36, was booked Sept. 2 charged with three counts of sexual assault with child under 14 and three counts of lewdness with child under 14. Bail was set at $200,000.

Michael Van Dyke, 39, was booked Sept. 2 charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, second DUI and under influence of controlled substance. Bail was set at $15,465.

At Beatty:

John Peter Jones was booked Sept. 2 charged with DUI with death, driving on right side of road required, involuntary manslaughter and second warrant for domestic battery. Bail was set at $106,107.
