The Pahrump Valley High School cross country team opens the 2006 fall campaign today at Sierra Vista in Las Vegas. The meet starts at 5:30 p.m.

Coach Andy Anderson, in his first year as the Trojans' coach, has added several weekend meets.

The revised schedule:

Sept. 12 -- at Boulder City, 5:30 p.m.

Sept. 16 -- at Sierra Vista Invitational, 7:30 a.m.

Sept. 20 -- Home meet, opponents to be named, 5:30 p.m.

Sept. 23 -- at Laughlin Invitational, 8 a.m.

Sept. 26 -- at Faith Lutheran, 4:30 p.m.

Sept. 30 -- at Angel Park Invitational, Las Vegas, time to be announced.

Oct. 5 -- at Henderson Green Valley, 4:30 p.m.

Oct. 27 -- Southern Nevada Class 3-A regionals, at Laughlin, TBA

Nov. 4 -- Nevada 3-A State Championships, at Veterans Memorial Park, Boulder City; time TBA.
