The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Gay Zimmerle, 45, was booked Aug. 23 charged on temporary protective order violation. Bail was set at $5,000.

Brandon Castner, 30, was booked Aug. 23 charged with burglary and grand larceny. Bail was set at $10,000.

Modesto Marquez-Chacon, 43, was booked Aug. 23 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

Char Pattillo, 18, was booked Aug. 24 charged with possession of stolen vehicle, conspiracy to commit crime and possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $20,000.

Brandon Perry, 19, was booked Aug. 24 charged with interruption of 911 call, domestic battery and violation of temporary protective order. Bail was set at $10,000.

Loretta Drouillard, 28, was booked Aug. 24 charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance and abuse/neglect/endangering child. Bail was set at $5,000.

Marian Ausiello, 34, was booked Aug. 24 charged with possession of meth with intent to sell. No bail was set.

Jack Bivins, 58, was booked Aug. 25 charged with third DUI, basic speed, seat belt, no valid drivers license, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of firearm under the influence of alcohol and possession of dangerous weapon. Bail was set at $6,784.

Heather Connors, 26, was booked Aug. 25 charged on three warrants for failure to appear and temporary protective order violations. Bail was set at $5,000.

Christopher Guoin, 26, was booked Aug. 26 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

Michelle Alexis, 46, was booked Aug. 26 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

Louis Martinez, 62, was booked Aug. 28 charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of meth. Bail was set at $5,632.

Michael Clark, 37, was booked Aug. 28 charged with domestic violence. Bail was set at $3,000.

Stoney King, 22, was booked Aug. 28 charged with violation of custody rights. Bail was set at $5,000.

David Seifried, 58, was booked Aug. 28 charged with domestic violence. Bail was set at $3,000.

David Smith, 36, was booked Aug. 28 charged with domestic violence. Bail was set at $3,000.

Charlton Finch, 35, was booked Aug. 29 charged with assault with deadly weapon on a police officer and stop required on signal of police officer. Bail was set at $17,000.

Ronald Solisi, 18, was booked Aug. 29 charged with possession of short-barrel gun and conspiracy to manufacture short-barrel guns. Bail was set at $6,000.

At Tonopah:

Scott Michney, 24, was booked Aug. 25 charged with third DUI, basic speed, seat belt, no valid drivers license, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of firearm under influence of alcohol and possession of dangerous weapon. Bail was set at $6,784.

David Wohltman, 32, was booked Aug. 25 charged on warrant for non-support of children. Bail was set at $22,000.

Gregory Dickinson, 34, was booked Aug. 25 charged with possession of controlled substance, second DUI-drugs, driving without valid drivers license and battery on police officer. Bail was set at $11,287.

Darrin Tuck, 25, was booked Aug. 25 charged on Tonopah Justice Court warrant. Bail was set at $10,500.

Rafael Moreno, 41, was booked Aug. 29 charged with obstructing officer, child endangerment, intimidating witness and coercion. Bail was set at $21,000.
