The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Amber Lewis, 25, was booked Oct. 18 charged on Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $10,000.

Richard Fauci, 47, was booked Oct. 18 charged with burglary. Bail was set at $5,000.

David Pattillo, 51, was booked Oct. 19 charged with DUI, possession of a controlled substance, unregistered vehicle and no insurance. Bail was set at $6,681.

Michael Palos, 25, was booked Oct. 19 charged with burglary. Bail was set at $5,000.

Daniel Blankenship, 51, was booked Oct. 19 charged on warrant for lewdness with a child under 14 years of age. Bail was set at $20,000.

Kathy Stevens, 44, was booked Oct. 19 charged with possession of meth, possession of a hypodermic device, possession of drug paraphernalia, using/under the influence of a controlled substance and child abuse. Bail was set at $16,264.

Tracy Atkinson, 27, was booked Oct. 19 charged with abuse, neglect and endangering child, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $6,264.

Jason Atkinson, 32, was booked Oct. 19 charged with child endangerment, burglary, embezzlement, possession of stolen property, possession of marijuana and possession of meth.

Eric Valencia, 20, was booked Oct. 21 on warrant for conspiracy to commit petit larceny. Bail was set at $3,000.

Colleen Erklin, 23, was booked Oct. 21 charged with under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000.

Tracy Pop, 40, was booked Oct. 21 on three Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $47,000.

Darvis Johnson, 35, was booked Oct. 21 charged with convicted sex offender failure to register. Bail was set at $5,000.

Johnny Dowling, 37, was booked Oct. 21 charged with sexual assault with a child under 14 years of age. Bail was set at $50,000.

Raymond Rogers, 26, was booked Oct. 22 charged on six Pahrump Justice Court warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $4,846.

Timothy Duran, 32, was booked Oct. 22 charged with assault on a peace officer, eluding police, stop sign violation and five Clark County warrants for failure to appear. Bail was set at $8,112.

Matthew Donnelly, 19, was booked Oct. 22 charged with use of a controlled substance, DUI-drugs and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $6,424.

Brandon Castner, 30, was booked Oct. 24 on bond revocation. Bail was set at $10,000.

Thomas Hernandez, 35, was booked on Pahrump Justice Court warrant for trafficking in a controlled substance, conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act, possession of a controlled substance and selling controlled substance. Bail was set at $50,000.

Mark Lancaster, 37, was booked Oct. 24 on two Pahrump Justice Court warrants for conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and abetting to crime. Bail was set at $20,000.

Timothy Jones, 29, was booked Oct. 24 charged on Pahrump Justice Court warrant for DUI-drugs. Bail was set at $4,000.

At Tonopah:

Russell Dean Weekly, 38, was booked Oct. 22 charged with domestic with no priors. Bail was set at $3,132.
