Flu shots will be administered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 23 and again on Nov. 10. The cost is $30. Flu shots will also be offered today at the Pahrump Nugget events centers. The county health nurse expects to begin administering vaccinations soon for $20. The Center for Disease Control reported most states have an absence of the flu so far this season, but neighboring California has had sporadic outbreaks.
