Rosemary Clarke Middle School has announced its Students of the Month for September.

The following students were nominated for exemplifying Respect (showing high regard for an authority, other people, self and country, treating others as you would want to be treated and understanding that all people have value as human beings):

Brandon Murphy, Kyle Bitters, Nicolas Navarro, Karl Gilbert, Zachary Pryor, Stephen Windsor, Kory Daffer, Kayla Foster, Isis Lira, Megan Weseman and Synthia Williams.

Rachel Lindemann

Rachel Lindemann, a 2006 graduate of Pahrump Valley High School, has received a University of North Dakota Honors Program partial tuition waiver.

The honors program serves motivated, accomplished students through classes that emphasize intellectual exploration. Tuition waivers were awarded to select incoming students. Students receiving the tuition waiver must enroll in at least one honors class and participate in honors service projects each semester.

Lindemann is the daughter of Derrick and Teresa Lindemann of Pahrump.
