At Pahrump:

Terry Cagle, 40, was booked Sept. 27 charged on three warrants for failure to appear or pay as ordered. Bail was set at $4,242.

Jesus Rodriguez-Avila, 36, was booked Sept. 27 charged with attempted murder of a police officer. Bail was set at $100,000.

Jason WIlson, 32, was booked Sept. 27 charged with domestic violence. Bail was set at $3,000.

Robert Miner, 36, was booked Sept. 27 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

Lovie Johnson, 23, was booked Sept. 27 charged on two warrants for battery and attempted kidnapping. Bail was set at $11,000.

Terrence Cox, 36, was booked Sept. 27 charged with domestic battery and interruption of 911 call. Bail was set at $17,000.

James Lieberman, 41, was booked Sept. 28 charged with grand larceny/auto attempt, hit and run property damage, under the influence of a controlled substance and malicious destruction of property. Bail was set at $25,417.

Richard Reed, 46, was booked Sept. 28 charged on warrant for burglary and possession of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $10,000.

William Vah Huss, 37, was booked Sept. 28 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

Mason Cowley, 25, was booked Sept. 28 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

Ronald Cross, 32, was booked Sept. 28 charged with DUI-drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $6,424.

Gary Archer, 37, was booked Sept. 29 charged with grand larceny. Bail was set at $6,000.

Ryan Studebaker, 23, was booked Sept. 29 charged on warrant for failure to appear on marijuana charge with intent to sell. Bail was set at $10,000.

Frank Langston, 32, was booked Sept. 29 charged with three warrants for domestic battery, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no drivers license and fictitious plates. Also charged with possession of a dangerous drug without prescription. Bail was set at $5,703 and at $5,000 for the last charge.

William Reavy, 46 was booked Sept. 29 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

Ryan Garrick, 22, was booked Sept. 30 charged with domestic violence. Bail was set at $3,000.

Jackie Domingo, 52, was booked Sept. 30 charged on warrant for non-sufficient funds checks. Bail was set at $5,000.

Ashley Dimaio, 53, was booked Oct. 1 charged with domestic battery with substantial bodily harm, second domestic battery with deadly weapon and obstructing a peace officer. Bail was set at $25,632.

Daniel McLaughlin, 23, was booked Oct. 2 charged with grand larceny/auto, conspiracy to commit crime, possession of stolen vehicle and three warrants for domestic battery. Bail was set at $23,000.

Richard Baxter, 37 was booked Oct. 2 charged with grand larceny/auto, driving without a valid drivers license and altered VIN number. Bail was set at $5,267.

At Beatty:

William R. Yeargan was booked Oct. 3 charged with under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,632.

Lenard Miller was booked Oct. 3 charged with under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic device, ex-felon failure to change address and domestic battery. Bail was set at $14,264.

Karen Garcia was booked Oct. 3 charged with under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic device. Bail was set at $10,632.

Diesel Daffer

Diesel Allen Daffer was born at 12:45 a.m. Sept. 12, 2006, in Las Vegas.

The son of Allen and Toni Daffer of Pahrump, Diesel weighed 9 pounds, 4 ounces and was 21 inches long.

Paternal grandparents are Dan and Cheryl Daffer of Pahrump. Maternal grandparents are Steve and Paula Appel of Pahrump.

Diesel joins his brothers and sisters Allaina, 7, Dylan, 5, Carson, 4 and Brooklyn, 1.

California Lottery

No one matched all five numbers and the mega number in Wednesday's drawing of the California Super Lotto. The next jackpot will be at least $33 million.
