Given the amount of people in attendance and the number of additional events at the Fall Festival, the Nye County Sheriff's Office reported a relatively low number of 41 incidents taking place over the course of four days.

There were 20 reported missing persons or children, all of which were promptly reunited with parents and companions within minutes of being reported missing.

There were six disturbances that resulted in five persons being taken into civil protective custody, five warrant arrests, three fights that were settled on the scene, three medical calls which were handled by the Pahrump Valley Fire Rescue Service, one domestic dispute that resulted in an arrest, and one motor vehicle accident which did not require a report.

Numerous items of lost property were turned in to the mobile NCSO sub-station that was present at the festival, which can be claimed by owners at the front office of the Sheriffs Department during business hours.
