 SPECIAL TO THE PVT Judge Bill Sullivan's widow and Pahrump Valley Times writer Richard Stephens flank a newly painted portrait of the late jurist in the foyer of the Bill Sullivan Justice Center. Stephens is the artist who portrayed the judge. Many of Sullivan's family, friends and associates attended the Wednesday event. |
