Cancer benefit at Sheri's Ranch Join the Vets for Brother Robo for a cancer benefit from 3-10 p.m. Aug. 26 at Sheri's Ranch. There will be food, soft drinks, alcohol for purchase, music and a raffle. The admission price will be $25 per person or $40 for a couple (a free raffle ticket will be included with purchase of admission). Tickets are available at Sheri's Ranch and the Wild Rose Florist in Pahrump. If unable to attend the event, donations may be sent to VNV/LV MC, P.O. Box 805, Pahrump, NV 89041-0805. Flamingo in Las Vegas. China's eligibility requirements and the home study process will be discussed. Families who have recently adopted will be present to answer questions. Hospice camp for children Nathan Adelson Hospice presents Camp Mariposa Washoshe, for children ages 6-12 who have experienced the death of a close friend or loved one.
