SHERIFF'S REPORT
The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent: At Pahrump: William Newman was booked July 19 charged with sexual assault. Bail was set at $50,000. Charlton Finch was booked July 20 charged with obstructing peace officer, attempted grand larceny, possession of hypodermic device, possession of stolen property, use of fictitious plates and possession of meth. Bail was set at $13,489. Michael Mann was booked July 20 charged on Las Vegas Justice Court warrant. Bail was set at $3,000. Andrew Hilburn was booked July 21 charged with invasion of home/vehicle/vessel/trailer, eluding police, endangering person or property, and warrant for possession of hypodermic device. Bail on charges was set at $10,000; on warrant, $2,000. Luz Rodriguiz was booked July 21 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000. Rejino Maldonado was booked July 21 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000. Brian Martin was booked July 22 charged with domestic battery, resisting public officer and interception of 911 call. Bail was set at $5,632. William Clark was booked July 22 charged with five counts of embezzlement, two counts of grand larceny and obtaining money under false pretenses. Bail was set at $37,500. Chris Paul was booked July 22 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000. Sandy Venable-Little was booked July 23 charged with DUI-drugs, possession of marijuana, failure to signal, and under the influence of controlled substance. Bail was set at $3,536. Ruben Ruiz was booked July 25 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000. Jamie Ward was booked July 25 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000. At Tonopah: Kyle Brown was booked July 19 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,257. Paul Fountain Jr., was booked July 22 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,115. At Beatty: David Gregory King was booked July 19 charged with two warrants for speeding, driver's license suspended (out-of-state), possession of drug paraphernalia and second offense for possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $3,548. |
