Packets for student-athletes at Pahrump Valley High School are now available on desks located just inside the main entrance.

The packets include forms for physical examinations, handbooks, the Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association drug policy and other information.

Physical exam forms are already available at the high school office.

All athletes must have every form and their physical examinations completed before the first day of practice. The Nye County School District requires all high school and middle school athletes have physical examinations each school year.

Football practice begins Aug. 10; all other fall sports start Aug. 14.

Registration dates are Aug. 2, from noon to 6 p.m., and Aug. 9, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
