The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Richard Pritchard was booked July 12 charged with violation of temporary protective order. Bail was set at $3,000.

David Spry was booked July 12 charged with non-support of children or wife. Bail was set at $20,000.

Robert Osborne was booked July 12 charged with DUI-drugs, under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of false ID. Bail was set at $10,632.

Donna Layne was booked July 13 charged with possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $5,000.

Troy Lee was booked July 14 charged with burglary conspiracy, grand larceny, grand larceny conspiracy and under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $17,000.

Nicholas Needham was booked July 15 charged with conspiracy to commit crime, conspiracy to coercion and burglary/victim over 65 (attempt). Bail was set at $17,500.

Joshua Hutchens was booked July 15 charged with first degree attempted kidnapping; attempted kidnap with intent to commit felony, conspiracy kidnap with intent to commit felony, first degree kidnapping with weapon/victim over 65; attempting false imprisonment with deadly weapon; burglary of victim over 65 and attempting coercion and conspiracy to commit crime. Bail was set at $259,000.

Clinton Brooks was booked July 15 charged with ex-felon in possession of firearm, carrying concealed weapon, battery with deadly weapon and parole violation. Bail was set at $11,500.

Kama Morris was booked July 15 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

Ken Carter was booked July 16 charged with auto burglary and obstruction. Bail was set at $5,632.

Robert Yowell was booked July 17 charged with robbery with deadly weapon, first degree kidnapping (sexual motivate) and sexual assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $275,000.

Gregory Hatfield was booked July 17 charged with motor vehicle grand larceny, $5,000 bail; attempted murder, $25,000 bail; battery with deadly weapon and ex-felon in possession of firearm, $5,000 bail; five failure to appear warrants for traffic violations, $4,535 bail.

Erick Handler was booked July 18 charged with burglary, assault with deadly weapon, obstruction of peace officer and domestic battery. Bail was set at $11,632.

Sandra Maxie was booked July 18 charged with domestic violence. Bail was set at $3,000.

At Beatty:

Daniel Bolz was booked July 18 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.
