PHOTO REFUSING TREATMENT
 HORACE LANGFORD JR. / PVT A young man sustained a scalp injury in a two-vehicle accident on Highway 372 at Blagg Road early Saturday evening but decided not to accept medical treatment. In fact, he wouldn't even step out of his car. The woman driving the other vehicle was not hurt. |
