Minutemen Civil Defense Corps protesters picketed Wells Fargo Bank on the sidewalk alongside Highway 160 Friday morning. The Minutemen said they were raising awareness about the bank's recruitment efforts for new customers from Latin America, which they say will only encourage illegal immigration. An official in charge of the security detail said Wells Fargo isn't the only bank trying to attract new customers from south of the United States border and that Minutemen protests have become common at banks throughout the Country.
