The Western States Cup Arena Cross tour ended on Terrible's Lakeside Casino's 6.5-acre pond Saturday, with championships decided in 24 divisions.

The two-day jet ski racing marathon experienced few problems Saturday, as a huge crowd that encircled the waters viewed the practically non-stop action in pleasant weather -- minimal humidity, light breezes and bright sunshine .

Technical problems plagued the organizers Sunday, when the fourth annual National Arena Watercross Championships were contested. (Related story page B2)

Rob Flores, a veteran Las Vegas rider, won the Pro-Am ski Open and Stock titles; Keifer King, from Anaheim, Calif., swept the Junior 13-15 Ski Stock and Limited championships, and Leland Brack claimed the Novice Ski Limited and Stock crowns in the Western State series.
