SHERIFF'S REPORT

The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Richard Calhoun was booked Aug. 2 charged with uttering forged instruments, possession of forged instruments and burglary. Bail was set at $15,000.

Omar Juarez was booked Aug. 2 charged with burglary, grand larceny, uttering forged instruments and possession of forged instruments. Bail was set at $20,000.

Ringo Ruben was booked Aug. 2 charged with burglary and failure to appear. Bail was set at $6,000.

Benjamin Siewerth was booked Aug. 2 charged with offer, attempt or commission of unauthorized act(s) relating to controlled substance and unlawful furnishing of dangerous drugs to minor. Bail was set at $10,000.

Theodore Peters was booked Aug. 2 charged with possession of meth and possession of meth with intent to sell. Bail was set at $15,000.

Billy Pattillo was booked Aug. 3 charged with eluding police, causing property damage, reckless driving, stop sign violation, basic speed over limit, conspiracy to commit crime, grand larceny auto, burglary attempt, unlawful possession of burglary tools, trafficking in meth, DUI with drugs, possession of meth with intent to sell and Pahrump Justice Court warrant. Bail was set at $46,956.

Kevin Causey was booked Aug. 3 charged with eluding police casing property damage, reckless driving, failure to yield right-a-way from stop, basic speed, conspiracy to commit crime, burglary attempt, unlawful possession of burglary tools, trafficking meth and possession of meth with intent to sell. Bail was set at $45,846.

Shayne Waters was booked Aug. 4 charged on two warrants for trafficking meth, possession of meth with intent to sell, driving on suspended license and fictitious or revoked registration. Bail on warrants were set at $699 and $25,000.

Kevin Causey was booked Aug. 4 charged with possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of hypodermic devices and under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $20,632.

Linda Dow was booked Aug. 4 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

David Pederson was booked Aug. 5 charged with burglary, grand larceny and fraudulent use of credit card attempt. Bail was set at $15,000.

Travis Moore was booked Aug. 5 charged with malicious destruction of property. Bail was set at $2,500.

Kyle Mages was booked Aug. 5 charged with failure to dim lights, driving on right side of roadway required, DUI-alcohol, DUI-drugs, possession of controlled substance for sale and under the influence of controlled substance. Bail was set at $11,808.

Shannon Pierce was booked Aug. 6 charged with two warrants for failure to appear on unlawful taking of vehicle and issuing checks without sufficient funds. Bail was set at $5,407.

Chad Young was booked Aug. 6 charged with DUI-alcohol, failure to stop, failure to yield, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $2,280.

Carolyn Ramirez was booked Aug. 7 charged with burglary. Bail was set at $5,000.

Christian Meyer was booked Aug. 8 charged with assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence, false imprisonment, interrupting 911 and revoked drivers license. Bail was set at $14,917.

Jeffrey Nace was booked Aug. 8 charged on Texas warrant. Bail was set at $10,000.

Sandra Jane Delicino was booked Aug. 8 charged with DUI and possession of controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,792.

At Tonopah:

Amanda Perkins was booked Aug. 7 charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, use of controlled substance, dog at large, intimidating public officer, no drivers license and drivers license suspended. Bail was set at $10,000.

At Beatty:

Azideen Revis was booked Aug. 3 charged with speed, obstruction and ex-felon in possession of firearm. Bail was set at $5,706.
