The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

Derek Jackson was booked July 26 charged with conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act, three counts of child endangerment, sale of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining place for sale of drugs. Bail was set at $41,132.

Alletta Mahler was booked July 26 charged with possession of meth, possession of controlled substance with intent to sell, conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act and trafficking. Bail was set at $30,000.

Robert Farr was booked July 26 charged with domestic violence. Bail was set at $3,000.

Leonard Keith Parker was booked July 27 charged with failure to appear. Bail was set at $10,000.

Manuel George Adam Nerez III was booked July 27 charged with attempted kidnapping/victim over 65, conspiracy, attempted burglary with intent to commit felony and enhancement using deadly weapon in crime. Bail was set at $300,000.

Dennis Garcia was booked July 27 charged with sexual assault with minor under 14, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and lewdness with child under 14. Bail was set at $60,632.

Hector Bachiller was booked July 28 charged with violation of temporary protective order, stalking, assault with deadly weapon and reckless driving. Bail was set at $7,417.

Timothy Watkins was booked July 28 charged with DUI, driving with suspended license, unregistered vehicle, unlawful alteration on motor vehicle, altering VIN and unlawful acts of financial responsibility. Bail was set at $4,665.

Paul Royeton was booked July 28 charged with injury to other property and tampering with vehicle. Also new charge of domestic battery with enhancement to victim over 65. Bail was set at $5,000 and at $11,000 on new charge.

Mariano Bliss was booked July 29 charged with domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

Ricardo Vazquez was booked July 29 charged with assault with deadly weapon, obstructing police officer and discharging firearm in public. Bail was set at $4,264.

Douglas Tuescher was booked July 30 charged with possession of meth, conspiracy to violate Uniform Controlled Substance Act, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without valid driver's license, unregistered vehicle, unlawful acts of financial responsibility and speeding. Bail was set at $17,095.

Kristy Hutcherson was booked July 31 charged with misuse of 911 call. Bail was set at $2,000.

Chelsea Harris was booked July 31 charged with domestic violence. Bail was set at $3,000.

Ronald Smith was booked Aug. 1 charged with possession of stolen property, conspiracy and ex-felon failure to register. Bail was set at $15,632.

Lowell Humphrey was booked Aug. 1 charged with possession of stolen property and conspiracy to commit crime. Bail was set at $15,000.

Timothy Jones was booked Aug. 1 charged with assault with deadly weapon. Bail was set at $8,000.

At Tonopah:

Kenneth Grant Young was booked July 26 charged with attempted murder and domestic battery. Bail was set at $155,000.

Michael Stanley Thomas was booked July 27 charged with DUI. Bail was set at $865.

Jerry Michael Zuckerman was booked July 28 charged with sex offender failure to register. Bail was set at $5,000.

Louis Joseph Vice was booked July 28 charged with non-support of children. Bail was set at $47,000.

Michael Douglas Meservey was booked July 28 charged with non-support of children. Bail was set at $40,000.

Gregory Scott Dickinson was booked July 30 charged with possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $10,000.

Neal Van Brannan was booked July 30 charged with possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $10,000.

Andre Albert Villa was booked Aug. 1 charged with non-support of children. Bail was set at $13,500.
