Pete "the Greek" Agriostathes, decked out in his 101st Airborne Division "Screaming Eagles" T-shirt watched proudly as the Sonic restaurant drive-in bays filled up with motorcycles the evening of July 4. Bike Night is a chance for bikers to get together and socialize.

On the Fourth of July, local bikers gathered for the third annual Bike Night at the Sonic restaurant on Highway 160.

About two-dozen bikers showed up and spent the evening showing off and discussing their bikes in a good-natured get-together.

Co-organizers Pete "the Greek" Agriostathes and Rod Thomas, a self proclaimed "Dabbler in Injuneering" put this event in motion as a way to get together motorcycle enthusiasts and to meet other Pahrump riders.

Talk of long rides, engine tech and vintage bikes were among the evening's topics. There were only three rules among the bikers: "no alcohol, no sex, and no fighting."

This was a family event for all to enjoy.
