DeMeo ordered to justice court
Robert Earl Davies, a man who essentially admitted his guilt during an arraignment in late February, had a pair of justice court judges squarely in his corner and openly fighting the Nye County Sheriff's Office for repeatedly arresting the alleged prolific bad check writer, but he might have lost that support March 22 when he failed to appear for his preliminary hearing on a host of charges.
