Schank wins mini-stock mainPVT
Rick VanBuytene and six other drivers finished on the lead lap, including Bill Delahunte, Don Wilde, Bubba Ray, Marty Hayes, Frankie England and Rick Gast. Also competing and one lap down were Robert Parsons, Mike Lysinger, Carl England, Stacy Stinson, and a driver named Erik (no last name listed). David Madar, Richard Weseman, Keith Young, Terri Little, Ron Romaine, Harold Killian, Tony Martin and Kevin Harris also started. Marty McLaughlin won the pro-4 race, with Eric Slusher finishing second and Erik (no last name) third. Lance McLaughlin was fourth, with Steve Slusher fifth and Mike Gray sixth. In the Coupes of Nevada finale, Brett Iverson won, followed by Mike Gray, Bob Clark, Sam Stringer and Todd Nunnally. The 25-lap IMCA modified main was won by Leland Hibdon. Finishing on the lead lap were Josh Stringer, Bill Smith, Ronnie Williams and Jason Pike/ Jim Bonett was sixth, with Ryan Cottrell, Jon Jensen, J.R. Carr and Todd Nunnally completing the top 10. Also racing were Levi Kiefer, Fred White, Jerry Buesig, Tom Bolling, and Ray Elam. John Petrosio won the 20-lap super stock main, which had only seven starters. Rick VanBuytene was second, with Cliff Corn third and Peanut Gott fourth. Milo Petaros, in fifth, also completed 20 laps. Other starters were Mike Minarchan and Jerry Duncan. In the Outlaw Karts division, Shane Nunnally was the winner of a 10-lap feature, which had Cole Hammarack finish second, Austin Kiefer third and Taylor Bonetti fourth. |
