Holveck: Co-op in good hands
While Utilities Inc. of Central Nevada struggles mightily to catch up with growth in the face of angry contractors and their frustrated customers in need of water and sewer service, the Valley Electric Association is poised to meet the power demands of its consumer-members well into the future.
