Missing man found
alive, well, surprised

Steven McCallister, the man who was reported missing earlier last week, was found in Pahrump Wednesday morning - alive and well.
According to his mother Kay McCallister, Steven was found at a convenience store on Highway 372 early Wednesday morning. Kay said her son wouldn't have been found without his story on the front page of the Pahrump Valley Times. According to Kay McCallister, the cashier at the store recognized Steven from the photo that appeared with the article. The newspaper was on the counter when McCallister entered.
The cashier pointed this out to the man, who had no idea his family was looking for him, or that he had been declared a missing person. He immediately left the store and went to his sister's place of work to reunite with his family.
