Regional Planning CIP meet Wednesday

The Pahrump Regional Planning District's Capital Improvements Advisory Committee plans a workshop on Wednesday at Wulfy's Restaurant in the conference room, beginning at 1 p.m.

At the workshop the following agenda items are scheduled to be discussed:

• Impact fees on developers for drainage and flood control; sheriff's office services; fire and rescue services; parks and recreation amenities; and streets and highways.

• Possible decision on approving a draft Capital Improvements Plan incorporating the above mentioned needs and capital improvements.

• Possible decision to approve impact fees for the above mentioned capital improvements.
