Sheriff's Report

The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

• Paul Evans was released May 4 to California extradition officers.

• Shawda Mallinson was booked May 4 after bail revoked. Bail was set at $47,000.

• Treila Morgan was booked May 4 for grand larceny auto. Bail was set at $5,000..

• Luis Hechavarria was booked May 7 for assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm, DUI, failure to yield to emergency vehicle and suspended driver's license.

• Isaac Gengler was booked May 9 for battery with a deadly weapon and attempting to intimidate a witness. Bail was set at $7,000.

• Raymond Bunting was booked May 9 for possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, possession of meth and marijuana, trafficking in meth, possession of drug paraphernalia x6 and unregistered vehicle. Bail was set at $34,536.

• Michael Allensworth was booked May 10 for possession of a stolen vehicle, grand larceny auto and Pahrump Justice Court warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $10,500.

• Mario Meza-Bautista was booked May 10 and sentenced in Fifth Judicial District Court to Nevada Department of Prisons boot camp.

• Michelle Folks was booked May 10 for DUI/drugs, possession of marijuana and failure to yield right-of-way at stop sign. Bail was set at $1,796.

At Beatty:

• Roadkyll Roadrash Sagebrush was booked May 5 for non-resident suspicious driver's license and expired plates.

Misdemeanor arrests made during the week included four for domestic battery/violence, four for DUI, four for warrants, three for violation of temporary restraining orders, one for false imprisonment and one for parole or probation violation.
