Sheriff's Report

The following information was provided by the Nye County Sheriff's Office. All crimes are alleged and all defendants are presumed innocent:

At Pahrump:

• Gary Archer was booked April 20 for DUI/ drugs and interfering with a public officer. His bail was set at $2,792.

• Mario Meza-Bautista was released April 20 to other agency for warrants out of Henderson.

• Gerald Burton was rebooked April 21 on new charges from two Pahrump Justice Court warrants - domestic battery and assault with a deadly weapon. His bail was set at $9,000 or $90,000 bond.

• William Terry was booked April 22 for possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription and first DUI. His bail was set at $5,792.

• Michael Marshall was booked April 22 for grand larceny-auto and possession of a stolen vehicle. His bail was set at $10,000.

• Nicky Gainey was booked April 22 for trafficking in methamphetamine x3, possession of controlled substance sales x3, conspiracy x3, and maintain place for sales x2. His bail was set at $79,000.

• Akaisha White was booked April 22 for trafficking in methamphetamine x3, possession of controlled substance sales x3, conspiracy x3, and maintain place for sales x2. Her bail was set at $79,000.

• Jaysan Gal was booked April 23 for burglary and possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $10,000.

Misdemeanor arrests made during the week included five for DUI, four for warrants, three for parole or probation violation, two for domestic battery/violence, and one for violation of a temporary restraining order.
