District chooses new modular provider
The Nye County School District board of trustees made a decision to save money and go with a lower bidder on placing modulars in certain schools, despite a recommendation to choose a different vendor.

BOULDER CITY - Pahrump Valley's girls won the small school division and was tied for fifth among 26 teams in the Boulder City Invitational Track meet Friday, fighting off chilly temperatures and gusting winds to outpoint Lund for the title.
