NO IMMEDIATE 24-HOUR CARE
PMC agreement awarded to Bady

Nye County negotiated with the owner of the only licensed and certified urgent-care medical facility in Pahrump, granting him the lease to the county-owned Pahrump Medical Center and making him its sole healthcare provider. The facility will open March 28.

TROJANS BASEBALL 2005
PV preps for opener in Arizona

Pahrump Valley High School's baseball team, the 2005 production, debuted Saturday with a dress rehearsal against former PVHS diamond standouts. The team went back to work Monday, preparing for the official opener against Wickenburg, Ariz., March 17 at River Valley.
