Zoning will be decided in booth
One week after the Nye County Board of Commissioners approved a revised zoning ordinance set to go into effect in the coming weeks, Clerk Sam Merlino released the results of a petition drive that sought to have the issue placed on this year's election ballot. Nearly 400 more votes than the 1,091 required were certified as valid, meaning voters will have the ultimate say on whether Pahrump will be zoned.
