At Pahrump: • Shandy Jones was released April 28 for transport to Clark County Detention Center. • Ronald Brock was released April 28 for transport to Clark County Detention Center. • Charles Murdock was booked April 28 for neglect - wanton disregard causing death. No bail set. • Sara Carter was booked April 29 for uttering a forged instrument, conspiracy. Her bail was set at $15,000. • Kraig Smith was booked April 29 on Las Vegas Justice Court warrants x4 for theft, forgery, burglary and felony evade. He was rebooked April 30 for eight counts of forgery, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and conspiracy to commit a crime. Bail was set at $70,000 and Las Vegas Justice Court warrant bail was set at $14,000. • William Smith was booked April 29 for domestic violence x3. His bail was set at $9,000 and 12-hour hold. • Daniel Dean was booked April 29 for burglary, Pahrump Justice Court warrant of arrest for unlawful use of a controlled substance, burglary. His bail was set at $15,000. • Joseph Carpenter was booked April 30 for possession of a controlled substance, suspended registration, no insurance and a warrant of arrest for domestic battery out of Pahrump Justice Court. Total bail set at $8,889. • Ramirez Rocha was booked May 1 for domestic violence, first, no priors, and assault with a deadly weapon. His bail was set at $6,000. • Raymond Walker was booked May 2 for third DUI. His bail was set at $5,000. • Lazaro Herrera-Lopez was booked May 2 for open and gross lewdness, loitering in school. His bail was set at $5,632. • Warren Johnson was booked May 2 on two Pahrump Justice Court warrants, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, assault with a deadly weapon and ex-felon possess a firearm. His bail was set at $30,000. • Michelle Votaw was booked May 3 for home invasion, burglary and defrauding an innkeeper. Her bail was set at $10,632. • Rodney Bolster was booked May 4 for possession of a controlled substance and probation violation. Bail on charge set at $5,000; no bail on probation hold. • Elijah Briscoe was booked May 4 for burglary (conspiracy), filing a false police report and open container. His bail was set at $1,564. • Thomas Eaton was booked May 4 to serve 12 to 36 months time sentenced at Nevada Department of Corrections. • Ryan Studebaker was booked May 4 for battery with a deadly weapon and domestic violence. His bail was set at $8,000 and 12-hour hold. At Tonopah: • Alan Randal Bowlin was booked April 28 for unlawful possession of a controlled substance not for purpose of sale and unlawful use of a controlled substance. His bail was set at $10,000. At Beatty: • Michelle Foreman was booked April 29 for probation violation. No bail set. • Marco Antonio Valdez was booked May 3 for possession of drug paraphernalia, under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. His bail was set at $6,496. Misdemeanor arrests made during the week included four for warrants, nine for domestic battery or violence, four for DUI, four that were related to traffic offenses, and one each for trespassing, possession of one ounce or less of marijuana, violation of a temporary restraining order, and disturbing the peace. |
