Manse Elementary students and faculty are continuing aluminum can collections that so far have netted
by:
Manse Elementary students and faculty are continuing aluminum can collections that so far have netted $1500.
The money goes to the playground improvement fund and to purchase other miscellaneous items such as playground balls, incentive stickers and art supplies. Manse students are also removing pull tabs to donate them to a new Ronald McDonald House being built in Las Vegas.
Those who wish to donate cans are encouraged to remove the tabs first. Cans can be tossed over the school fence to the can storage area on Wilson Road next to the school. There is a sign.
