The Land Office;î the name comes from an old John Wayne movie and the logo reflects the Old West.

The real estate company has been in business for only six months, but that doesn't mean they are new to the industry or to the Pahrump Valley. Irwin Fink, with over 30 years experience in real estate, is the Broker; Erik and Lynn Peterson, Philly Stewart and CJ Hayes are the agents, and Peggy Courville is the administrative assistant. Together they bring over 60 years of real estate expertise to the business, with a good part of those years dedicated to serving Pahrump.

CJ just joined the office, but has been in real estate for over 14 years. She has won many awards for her customer service. With CJ, service to her clients is number one.
